Payments and Contract Policy

Payment Terms:

  • All orders require a 40% deposit upon confirmation of the contract or the order, with the remaining balance due on specific payments date till completion of the project or when you receive your product.
  • We accept payments via payment methods accepted (cash, bank transfer, wishmoney or omt transfer)
  • Payment terms and schedules may vary depending on the scope and duration of the project. Details will be outlined in the contract.

Contract Agreement:

  • Before commencement of any project, a written contract will be provided outlining the scope of work, pricing, payment terms, and other relevant details.
  • The contract serves as a legally binding agreement between Manshara and the client, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the project.
  • Any changes or modifications to the contract must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Cancellation Policy:

  • In the event of cancellation by the client, any deposits made will be subject to forfeiture to cover expenses incurred by Manshara up to the point of cancellation.
  • Manshara reserves the right to cancel the contract if circumstances beyond our control prevent the completion of the project. In such cases, any payments made by the client will be refunded in full.
